The principles behind Terrace Bloom are very simple: Premium tea products that are second to none, and support for the warmhearted people who produce them.
About the founders

ethnic minority village in Yunnan, China.
When long-time friends and colleagues Sam Au Yeung and Ken Stoltzfus made several work related trips to China's Yunnan Province in 2010 and 2011, they were awed by the rolling mountains covered with beautiful tea, rice, and vegetable terraces. As they then traveled around the historic province, they had the opportunity to sample many of the locally produced teas and were amazed by the rich flavors and pleasing aromas. Sam and Ken also developed a heart for the rural villagers who worked so hard to produce these incredible teas, yet had a difficult time getting a fair return for all their efforts. Recognizing an opportunity to partner with these villagers and introduce these wonderful teas to the world, Sam and Ken founded Terrace Bloom.
